Sue Tupling, a local resilience coach, is aiming to help local people cope with the stresses and pressure of work and life by improving their ‘Mental Toughness’. Sue is offering a one-day resilience-building course which will see participants learn tips and techniques on how to lead healthier and happier lives.

Since the recession, stress levels have increased, and one in five people are said to be suffering from poor concentration, low motivation, tiredness and even depression. The Mental Toughness course will determine people’s capacity to handle pressure and avoid stress as well as helping them increase the chances of them being happy, healthy and successful in life.

Sue Tupling explained: “In today’s workplace, you are sometimes faced with handling several pressures at once while constantly responding to interruptions and changes in expectation. Increasing your mental toughness reduces the changes of suffering from the ill-effects of stress.”

Sue is hoping to help those who lead stressful and busy lives to think more realistically, control emotional state, regain control of their thoughts and discover how to access their inner power and direction.

The ‘Mental Toughness’ course is normally £125. Sue is offering readers a special discounted price of £55. It also includes a free mental toughness profiling and evaluation session worth £60.

The course will be held on Tuesday 9th November 2010 from 9:00am until 4:00pm at the company’s Stafford premises; St Albans Enterprise Centre, St Albans Road, Stafford ST16 3DP. If you are interested, please contact Sue Tupling on 01785 247588 or visit the website
